This policy explains what personal information Bulmer Leisure Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers enquiries, brochure requests and park tours booked through this site.
We are committed to respecting your privacy. You can read every page of this website without identifying yourself or giving us any personal information at all. Once you choose to give us information by which you can be identified, you can be assured it will be used only as set out below.

The information we collect
We collect the information you give us when you complete a form on this website. That is normally your name, email address and telephone number, together with anything you choose to tell us in a message field. Which form you used, and which park you were looking at, tells us what your enquiry is about.
When you book a park tour through this website you also give us your preferred date and time.
We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- answer your enquiry or query;
- send you a brochure or other information you have asked for;
- arrange and confirm a park tour or viewing;
- communicate with you about holiday home ownership, our parks and our services;
- keep our own records up to date.
We collect your telephone number so that we can call you back about your enquiry. We will only use your email address to send you marketing — news, offers and information about our parks — if you have asked us to. If we ever want to use your details for a genuinely new purpose, we will ask you first.
Our lawful basis
Where you have made an enquiry, we handle your information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to you and to follow up on it. Where we send you marketing by email, we rely on your consent. Where we hold information as part of a sale or an agreement with you, we do so to perform that contract and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other organisations for their own marketing.
We do use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- HubSpot — our enquiry forms, tour booking calendars and customer records run on HubSpot. Anything you submit through a form on this website is stored there.
- Google — our park location maps are provided by Google Maps.
- Our website host and IT suppliers — who may see personal data incidentally in the course of maintaining the site.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. We keep marketing contacts only for as long as you want to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing reception@bulmerleisure.co.uk.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete, to have it erased, to object to how we are using it, and to have us restrict our use of it.
To exercise any of these rights, email reception@bulmerleisure.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would ask that you give us the chance to put things right first.
Cookies
This website uses cookies. What they are, which ones we use and how to change your choices are set out in our cookie policy.
Security
We are committed to keeping your information secure. To prevent unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information under our control.
